About the Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering premium-quality finishes on complex, large-scale projects where precision and attention to detail are essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
Surface preparation including sanding, filling, smoothing and defect correction
Preparing complex shapes and surfaces for painting
Precision masking for clean, professional finishes
Applying primers, undercoats and topcoats to a high standard
Spray painting and detailed finishing work
Inspecting completed work to ensure exceptional quality standards are achieved
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who takes genuine pride in their workmanship and has experience delivering high-quality finishes.
You’ll ideally have:
Proven experience in spray painting or high-detail finishing
Strong preparation skills including sanding, filling and surface correction
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience in automotive, cabinetry, furniture finishing, industrial coatings, scenic art or a similar trade (highly regarded)
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
