Factory One is a leading signage company with a state-of-the-art in-house production facility. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a reliable Storeperson / Dispatch Coordinator to join our friendly, hard-working team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys staying organised, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
Packing customer orders accurately
Booking and coordinating freight with transport providers
Loading, unloading, and managing stock
Maintaining an organised and effective warehouse
General Warehouse Duties
Supporting the wider team as needed

About You
Reliable, proactive, and willing to get stuck in
Current Full NSW Driver’s License
Solid team player with a positive attitude




Previous experience in a similar role
The ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physically fit and able to safely lift and move stock
