About the role
As our next Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and delivering tailored material handling solutions to customers across a broad range of industries.
You will:
Drive sales growth by aligning customer needs with Caterpillar Lift Trucks
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the material handling industry




Build on existing networks while proactively developing new lead sources and customer connections
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while consistently winning new business
Deliver results in line with budget and business objectives
Represent United as a trusted, professional provider of material handling solutions across diverse industries
What we're looking for
We're looking for a motivated, proactive, and commercially astute skilled who knows how to create opportunities and close deals.
You will bring:
Previous experience in an external customer facing sales role
Strong sales and business development capability, ideally withincapital equipment sales
A proven track record of generating leads and actively pursuing opportunities
A self-driven, results-focused approach with a strong work ethic
The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
Strong commercial acumen, communication skills, and computer literacy
