You will be part of a 3 person management team in this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring exceptional customer service within our busy restaurant.
What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and budgets
Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience
Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Liaise with the Head Chef to plan menus, monitor food quality, and control costs
Analyse performance data and generate reports to inform decision-making




What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
Solid operational skills, with a proven track record of driving financial results and improving efficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and cost control
Thorough understanding of food safety, liquor licensing, and other relevant regulations
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
