This position is based in Chipping Norton, Sydney
Accountabilities
Provide expert technical and application support to internal and external stakeholders.
Preparation of drawings, schematics and reports for customers as required.
Provide product application support to Marketing, Sales, and Project Management teams and customers.
Troubleshoot product and application issues, delivering timely and effective solutions.




Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams.
Assist with technical presentations, customer meetings, and field support activities as required.
Assist in procurement and logistics
Promote a safe working environment
Requirements
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications, CAD experience
Ability to perform all duties with high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload
Proven ability to organise and prioritise tasks is proactive with a strong attention to detail
Ability to perform & contribute within a team environment
Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management & clients
Flexibility within role being able to adjust to any given task or situation
Technical Tertiary qualification
Current AFP Police Check, NV1 clearance & DCAC, or the ability to obtain
