Administration & Accounts Officers -Expressions of Interest

gforce is an employment and recruitment leader, employing over 500 people weekly, including apprentices, trainees, school-based trainees and labour hire staff. We offer apprenticeship, recruitment and inclusive employment services.

We are seeking expressions of interest from motivated and experienced Administration & Accounts Officers for temporary and permanent prospects with a range of clients across the Geelong region.

About the role

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Performing accurate data entry and maintaining filing systems
Providing reception support and calendar management
Assisting with general administrative duties as required

About you
Proven experience in administration, accounts, or reception roles
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes




Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with solid attention to detail
Proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications and experience
Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field;

OR
Equivalent relevant work experience in administration, accounts, or a related role.
