Job Description

What Will You Be Doing
Lead the daily operations of Housekeeping and Front Office departments to ensure productive operations, to deliver a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.
Inspire, coach and develop department leaders and team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
Ensure brand standards, service quality and presentation are consistently achieved.
Monitor guest satisfaction, responding proactively to feedback and implementing service improvements.
Drive departmental performance through effective rostering, labour management and productivity initiatives.
Analyse operational results and identify prospects to improve efficiency, quality and profitability.
