RPR Trades is currently seeking ahighly experienced Yard Supervisor / Leading Hand with extensive background in crane operations, rigging, and heavy equipment within large-scale construction and resources projects.

Ideal candidate will bring 10+ years’ industry experience, including leadership of multi-discipline crane crews, solid safety and compliance focus, and hands‑on operational capability.

Must hold a broad range of High‑Risk Work Licences, ideally including Tower Crane (CT), Rigging (RI), Dogging (DG), Forklift (LF), Mobile Cranes (CN/C1/C6), EWP (>11m), plus HR driver’s licence, White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Space, and First Aid, MSIC highly regarded.
Supervising yard or site‑based crane and lifting operations
Planning and allocating daily work, equipment,



and labour
Managing permits, paperwork, toolbox talks, and compliance
Liaising with clients, superintendents, and internal stakeholders
Leading teams in high‑pressure environments and resolving issues proactively

Solid leadership style, safety‑driven, highly organised, and capable of being the key operational problem‑solver in a busy yard or project workplace. Solid computer literacy (MS Office) preferred.
