The Southern Gold Coast's most Iconic hotel is seeking a passionate, hands-on Duty Managerto assist in the daily operation of our venue.
This is a full time role with flexibility required across a 7 day roster working mornings, days, nights, late nights, weekends and public holidays with a rotational roster.
You will lead and train your team through busy service periods ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
A minimum of 2 years previous management experience in all aspects of hotels,gaming/wagering and a solid F&B; knowledge is required.
A hands on approach to management is a must with the ability to create a positive and proactive working setting to motivate and train your team members.
