Sirv is seeking dedicated support specialists to work with young people who have complex needs in a home‑like, growth‑oriented workplace. You will join a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery‑oriented, person‑centred care that enhances quality of life and independence.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in youth or disability support, with trauma history or psychosocial disabilities, and current First Aid & CPR, police check, and NDIS screening.
