About the Role
As a Corporate Travel Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for our valued business clients, managing their travel requirements from start to finish.
From booking complex domestic and international itineraries to providing expert advice and support, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
No two days are the same.
You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them navigate ever-changing travel requirements while building long-term relationships based on trust and reliability.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing domestic and international corporate travel bookings
Creating tailored travel itineraries that meet client needs and company travel policies
Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email




Offering expert advice on airfares, accommodation, car hire, and travel logistics
Assisting travellers with changes, disruptions, and urgent travel requests
Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted travel partner
Working collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in corporate travel, business travel, or a similar travel consulting role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
