Excellent opportunity for a High Performing Executive Assistant to work with a Leading Finance CEO in a fast paced and interesting environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Providing efficient and pro-active Executive Assistance to the CEO such as diary management, travel planning, scheduling meetings and coordinating professional engagements.
Assist in preparation and management of both reporting and communications for a range of stakeholders and industry leaders
Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and international travel.
Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and team activities to ensure seamless execution.
Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with discretion and professionalism essential.
Manage the Family Diary to coordinate Qualified commitments with School events, sporting activities, medical appointments etc
Coordinate with the CEO's family on household planning, events,
bills & reservations, holiday scheduling and personal logistics
Organise and execute (if required) ad hoc errands such as car services, parcel returns etc
Anticipate needs, streamline processes, and drive initiatives to improve office efficiency and executive productivity.
ABOUT YOU
5-10 years + Executive Assistant Experience supporting C-suite leaders ideally in finance, investment or founder-led environments.
Household/Private PA Experience - Experience managing personal logistics for UHNW families or principals.
Global Travel Coordination - Familiarity with international itineraries, time zones and investor-related travel.
High-Pressure Environment - Comfortable with rapid changes driven by market events and executive demands.
A high performer with exceptional organisational and communication skills
