About our client
Our client is the original supplier of steel reinforcement to the Australian construction industry. Proudly Australian since ****, all of their steel products remain 100% Australian made with international quality assurance and compliance with Australian standards.
What you will be doing
They are currently seeking a Factory Hand, to join to their team out of their Bundamba yard. This is a Monday Friday position commencing at 8am working 8-hour days. You will be responsible for the following duties;
Loading steel onto trucks
Loading steel onto pallets by hand and also forklift
Packing products (mainly steel) as per an order sheet
Operate machines to manufacture reinforcing bars




Maintain cleanliness of the factory
The successful candidate will be required to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
What you will need
Drivers Licence + reliable transport
High Risk Forklift Ticket (highly desired)
Physically Fit
Ability to pass a PEM/D&A;
