The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Sales team by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer accounts, sales data and business systems. This position is responsible for coordinating customer account maintenance, sales reporting, rebate administration, insurance and compliance reporting, and providing SAP system support to help drive efficient sales operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with ERP systems such as SAP. They will thrive in a rapid-paced environment, enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams, and be committed to delivering accurate, timely and customer-focused outcomes.

Minimum 2 years' experience in sales administration, sales operations, customer service support, or a similar administrative role.
Strong administration and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using ERP systems,



with SAP experience highly regarded.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prepare, analyse, and interpret reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a multinational organisation or with overseas stakeholders is highly regarded.
