About the Role
As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll bring your experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry to support injured workers through their recovery journey, helping them achieve secure and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Conduct workplace assessments to identify barriers and develop tailored return-to-work plans Build strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive outcomes Deliver workplace interventions and suitable duties programs that support recovery and successful return-to-work outcomes Monitor client progress, provide recommendations and prepare high-quality reports to support sustainable recovery outcomes Why join us?

Tertiary Qualification in one of the following; Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy Registration with the relevant Professional Body; AHPRA or ESSA Full Australian work rights + Australian Driver's Licence Previous Occupational Rehabilitation experience OR robust clinical experience Rehab Management is an award‐winning national provider with 28 years of experience in occupational rehabilitation, injury management, and health and wellbeing services.
