We're a growing Subaru-only parts store and mechanical workshop based on the Gold Coast, and we're looking for another passionate Subaru specialist to join our team.
Whether you're an experienced mechanic who knows Subaru inside and out, or an experienced parts interpreter with strong Subaru knowledge, we'd love to hear from you.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

About the Role
This is a broad and varied role where no two days are the same.
Depending on your experience and strengths, you'll be involved in a combination of mechanical work, parts interpretation, research and inventory management.
Your responsibilities may include:
Subaru servicing, repairs and diagnostics.
Researching, identifying and interpreting Subaru parts.
Identifying vehicle models and variants by appearance, VINs and part numbers.
Understanding cross-compatibility of Subaru parts across different models and years.
Photographing, cataloguing and listing parts for sale online.
Assisting customers with technical enquiries and helping them find the correct parts.
Working closely with the rest of our team to continually improve our workshop and parts operations.
This role requires someone who enjoys solving problems and isn't afraid to dig into parts catalogues,



service information and online resources to find the correct answer.Computer proficiency is essential, as a large part of the role involves researching information, managing inventory and creating accurate online listings.
We're looking for someone with an excellent eye for detail who can often distinguish different Subaru models and components simply by looking at them and understands what parts interchange between different vehicles.

We are hoping to find someone with strengths towards mechanical, parts interpretation and computer proficiency.
We'll work with you to build up and train you for the role.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has proven experience working with Subaru vehicles.
A qualified mechanic or experienced Subaru technician, or
An experienced Subaru parts interpreter.
Has strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Takes pride in producing quality work.
Has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team.
Wants a long-term career rather than "just another job."
Is eager to continue learning and developing their skills.
