ZN AUSTRALIA PTY LTD’s 7-Eleven store in Sydney NSW is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold high merchandising and customer service standards. You will mentor the retail team and ensure targets are achieved in a quick-paced workplace.
You will recruit, train and develop staff, plan rosters, monitor KPIs, ensure health and safety, and maintain effective stock flow. This on-site role requires at least 4 days per week.
