About the Role

As a key member of the operations team, you'll play an significant role in the day-to-day management of the clean fill site while safely operating plant equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating a dozer and other site plant




Managing clean fill operations in line with rehabilitation plans
Ensuring EPA guidelines and planning permits are met
Reporting hazards and maintaining a strong safety culture
Coordinating material receivals and equipment compliance

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience operating dozers in quarrying, earthmoving or similar
Current Dozer (LZ) ticket and Watercart ticket or HR Licence
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
