About the Role
Reporting to the AR & Collections Manager, you'll manage end-to-end reconciliation across a portfolio of key customer accounts. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with large data sets and wants to make a real impact- not just maintain processes, but improve them.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing full-function AR across a portfolio of key accounts, including high-volume, complex reconciliations
Bank and remittance reconciliations, and customer payment allocations
Managing high-volume shared inboxes and resolving customer queriesAssisting with month-end reporting and supporting the wider AR function
Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You
Minimum 3 years' full-function AR experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Advanced Excel skills- XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Macros
Comfortable leveraging AI tools as part of daily workflow
A proactive mindset- confident suggesting and driving process improvements
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
