This is an exciting opportunity to join Rodd & Gunn, a leading premium menswear brand, as the Store Manager for our Westfield Miranda location. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team. This is a full time role based in our Myer Miranda concession store.

What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance
Provide exceptional customer service and build robust relationships with customers
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
Ensure the store maintains a high level of visual merchandising and product presentation
Monitor and analyse store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team




Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets
Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual merchandising and store presentation
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with retail industry best practices and trends
