We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Qualified to join our progressive and creative team in Parramatta, NSW.

This role is primarily responsible for:
maximising sales by providing the customer with a complete solution
provide individualised customer service tailored to each individual customer needs
provide excellent service to our customers to achieve customer loyalty and company growth




managing the resourcing for the store to ensure Customers’ needs are being met

To be successful in this role you will have:
high empathetic and care nature for the diverse needs of our clients
footwear experience is essential
previous retail experience is preferred
solid problem-solving skills
an ability to stay calm under pressure
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar retail role
able to travel between stores, when required
drivers’ licence is essential
an inspiring, supportive culture
