This part time Hotel Receptionist / Reservations role at Binna Burra Mountain Lodge is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and reputable hospitality business. Working in our beautiful mountain lodge location in Beechmont, QLD, you will be responsible for providing a high level of guest service and managing all front office and reservations activities.

What you'll be doing
Handling all guest check-ins, check-outs and reservations
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any guest queries or issues
Maintaining accurate records of guest information and room availability
Assisting with answering the phone and responding to email inquiries
Supporting other front office duties as required

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar hotel front office or reservations role, ideally in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using hotel reservations and property management software
A positive, friendly and helpful attitude
