to oversee multiple regions, lead a team of managers, and ensure our services meet the highest standards.
About the Role
You will:
Lead and support Regional and Area Managers, providing coaching, guidance,



and regular performance oversight.
Ensure participant services are delivered safely, effectively, and with person-centred care at the forefront.
Track team performance against KPIs, operational goals, and compliance requirements, including NDIS standards.
Act as a key point of escalation for staff performance or operational challenges.
Support national initiatives, staff training, and process improvements to continuously enhance service delivery.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Authentic, reliable, and proactive – you see opportunities to make things better.
Experienced in managing teams and operations (experience in disability services is a bonus, not essential).
Confident leading and coaching managers to drive performance and positive outcomes.
