First Steps Learning Academy is a privately owned family run business in Barden Ridge - Sutherland Shire, that strives for excellence in early childhood care.

We are currently seeking anenthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated Certificate III/or Working towards Diploma Educatorto join our wonderful Team in a Part-time position, working 5 days a week, 9:30-2:30pm.

Your Role
As an Educator at First Steps Learning Academy, you will:
Make children laugh while they learn!
Create a warm, engaging, and stimulating environment




Deliver and evaluate educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS
Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team
Observe, document, and support each child's individual learning journey
Actively contribute to a team culture that is fun, professional, and supportive
What You'll Bring
As a minimum, ACECQA Approved Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education, or working towards your Diploma Qualification
CHCPRT025 or CHCPRT001 – Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk
A genuine passion for early childhood education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Creativity, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude
A love for planning fun, educational experiences that inspire young minds!
