Knowledge of dietary restrictions and special meal preparations
Certification in food handling or safety (if available)
Additional Requirements:
Availability to work Thursdays and Fridays from 7 am to 3 pm
Ability to work early mornings and maintain pace in a busy kitchen setting
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is advantageous
Willingness to adhere to all health and safety regulations
