About the role
Innerworks Disability Services and Nestworks Aged Care Services are hiring support workers to join our growing team across the Central Coast.
This is a dual service role.
You may work across:
Disability services (NDIS – Supported Independent Living and community support)
Aged care services (Support at Home – in home support)
Shifts will be allocated based on your experience, preference, and operational needs.
Job Description
We are looking for dependable, respectful individuals who can provide high-quality, person-centred care.
You will be matched with shifts based on your availability, service stream preference, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Disability Support (NDIS):
Support daily routines in SIL homes
Provide personal care and community access
Assist with skill development and goal based supports
Aged Care Support (Support at Home):
Deliver in home personal care and domestic assistance
Meal preparation and mobility support
Provide social support and companionship
General Duties:
Follow care plans and complete progress notes accurately




Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and team
Work independently with professionalism and empathy

About You
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, or equivalent (mandatory)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR
Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Right to work in Australia
