Done Right Constructions is a mid-sized, Brisbane-based commercial plastering company established in ****.
With a stable team of around 75 employees and contractors, we specialise in steel stud framing, sheeting, external cladding, fire rating, and grid ceilings.
We are looking for an experienced full-time Estimator to join our close-knit team.
The Role
This role offers a hybrid work model.
You will have the flexibility to work from home and from our office based in Wynnum.
Please note: Regular office days and occasional site visits are required.
This role is strictlynot suitable for remote work.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Complete accurate take-offs and project pricing.
Monitor drawing revisions once projects commence.




Collaborate with site teams to price variations.
Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
Solid capability handling take-offs for large industrial, commercial, retail, and education projects.
Confidence pricing plastering project packages ranging from$100,000 to $5 millionin value.
Current residency inSouth East Queensland.
