The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join a leading steel fabrication company specialising in medium and heavy-metal-designed steel projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality outputs for steel structures and pipelines
Plan and schedule manufacturing project operations
Oversee and develop quality assurance systems and monitor performance
Understanding of ISO**** requirements
Manage technical requirements in the manufacturing operations
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external key stakeholders and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and projects to improve production efficiency, workflow, and safety in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment
Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all products adhere to industry and client standards
About You:




Proven minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products on time.
Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Possess a Bachelor of Engineering or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field.
