Previous experience in real estate sales or a proven background in sales.

High levels of motivation, self-discipline, and professionalism.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Confidence using technology and CRM systems.
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
Current Real Estate Registration or Licence (as required in your state).
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
