About the Role
As Workshop Controller Foreman, you will take ownership of the daily workshop operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Allocate and prioritise work to technicians
Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency
Maintain quality control and compliance standards
Support, mentor and motivate the workshop team
Work closely with service advisors for smooth workflow
Identify and drive process improvements
About You
You are a hands-on leader who knows how to run a productive and engaged workshop team.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience as a Workshop Controller or Foreman
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills




Is highly organised with solid problem-solving ability
Takes pride in workshop performance and customer outcomes
Has EV experience or is keen to learn
