This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality service standards, managing site operations, and leading a team to ensure exceptional care forthe community.

The Role:

Reporting to the SiteManager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of operations, ensuring services are delivered in line with company standards while driving continuous improvement and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support operations staff across site services
Oversee park development, maintenance, and presentation of facilities
Partner closely with sales teams to deliver seamless service outcomes
Manage site performance, budgets, and financial targets
Ensure compliance with WHS, risk, and company policies
Drive operational improvements and change initiatives
Build robust relationships within the local community




Handle customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels

About You:
Proven leadership experience in operations or service-based settings including retail or hospitality
Solid people management and team development skills
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and targets
Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
High level of professionalism, empathy, and resilience
A hands-on approach with a “can-do” attitude
