Loan Kit Coordinator - Orthopaedics (Lane Cove)

Global orthopaedic company is recruiting within their Operations team and looking for a Loan Kit Specialist.

Responsibilities include:

Support all orthopaedic business units in the accurate and timely dispatch of all surgical instruments and implant sets to meet surgeon/customer needs.

Assembling loan sets, working with the customer service team, liaising with couriers and providing logistical support.

Receive and dispatch loan sets for surgery. This includes packing, labelling, and booking couriers to dispatch the kit and liaising with Sales Team to determine surgical requirements.

Instrumentation inspection and handling.

Available to do overtime and weekends during busy period including on-call (every 5 weeks - overtime paid).

To be considered, you will have:





Warehousing or Loan Kit Experience within the medical device industry or related industry. OR

Experienced as a Sterilisation/Instrumentation Technician OR

Graduate Biomedical Engineer looking to build a career within the medical device industry.

Be process-driven, ability to problem solve, with high attention to detail

Valuable communication skills and collaboration

Able to work in a quick-paced and pressured setting.

Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual.

Salary negotiable on experience.

Annual bonus and overtime paid. Parking on site.
