About the Position

A new opportunity exists for a Brisbane based Supervisor to manage investment builds on the Southside of Brisbane. Responsibilities will include:

Managing multiple investment homes in your area

Coordination of trades and materials for housing projects

Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover





Skills and Experience

Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

Ideally 2 yearsexperience as a Supervisor in volume housing

Onsite Companion experience advantageous however not essential

Strong trade management and time management skills

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

Able to manage multiple projects
