We are a dynamic and expanding Real Estate office eager to enhance our Residential Property Management team. Combining three offices in the Illawarra, we seek passionate and motivated individuals to join us in a supportive and friendly work setting.

The Role:
Manage a small portfolio while mentoring the current Property Management Team
Collaborate closely with the Property Management and Sales teams to nurture our clients and grow the business.
Coordinate property inspections and manage a healthy database.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and local businesses.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the transaction process.
Provide daily operational support to the Property Management team

The Person:
Real Estate License




Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
Well-presented and possess a valid driver's license
