An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Centre Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager with extensive experience looking to take the next step in their career.

The Opportunity
As Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while fostering an environment where children, families and educators can thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting a team of educators and leaders
Creating a positive, collaborative workplace culture
Ensuring high quality educational programs and practices
Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework
Building strong relationships with families and the local community
Monitoring occupancy, financial performance and operational outcomes
Driving continuous improvement across the service
Undertaking the responsibilities of the Nominated Supervisor
What We Offer
Attractive salary package between $100,000 and $130,000 plus super, based on experience, plus the Australian Government Worker Retention Payment

About You
You will bring:
An ACECQA approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification
Experience leading a team within an early childhood education setting
Previous Centre Manager experience, or extensive experience as an Assistant Manager ready to progress
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and EYLF
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for mentoring educators and achieving positive outcomes for children
