As a Leading Hand Exterior Cladder / Carpenter at PBH Contracting Services Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in overseeing the installation of high-quality exterior cladding on residential and commercial construction projects across Adelaide. This full time position which requires technical expertise and a commitment to delivering projects on time and to the highest standards.
Reporting directly to our Director, this is a hands-on role, offering the opportunity to lead and contribute directly to the success of each project.
What you'll be doing
Supervision of personnel to ensure effective and effective completion of cladding work
Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the cladding installation process
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the installation of exterior cladding,
preferably in a supervisory role
Solid understanding of cladding materials, installation techniques and quality standards
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
