Business Development Manager -Industrial Fasteners

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who enjoys being on the road, developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships within the industrial market.
The Opportunity
This is a genuine external sales role focused on growing market share through new business development and account management across the Sunshine Coast and Northern Brisbane area.
You'll be representing a comprehensive range of Industrial Fasteners and Industrial clients.
You will inherit an established customer base while being expected to actively identify and secure new opportunities throughout your territory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities across the industrial market
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Conduct regular customer visits, site meetings and project reviews
Provide product recommendations and technical support to customers
Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements




Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across the construction sector
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets
What We're Looking For
Proven external sales experience within Industrial Fasteners or Industrial Consumables
Existing relationships within the Industrial industry
Strong business development and account management skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage a sales territory effectively
Commercially minded with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Driven, proactive and motivated by achieving results
Current driver's licence
What's On Offer
Negotiable Base Salary with a range of $90k - $130k
