The Role
You'll lead end-to-end delivery of software implementations and internal initiatives, acting as a conduit between clients, product and engineering teams.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, confident stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities




Lead client-facing delivery across multiple concurrent projects
Build and manage strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
Drive internal collaboration across product, engineering and consulting
Develop and maintain delivery plans, budgets and sprint roadmaps
Proactively manage risks, scope changes and project dependencies
Oversee release management and implementation cycles
Communicate project progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Continuously improve delivery processes and ways of working
About You
Deep experience in project management within software/technology environments, ideally within B2B SaaS
Strong client-facing experience with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders - these are essential
Proven track record delivering projects into financial services environments, ideally tier 1 institutions
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent internal stakeholder engagement across product, engineering and leadership teams
Comfortable operating across multiple time zones and global teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
Understanding of wealth, super or advice is highly desirable
