THE GEORGE HOTEL (PARKVIEW HOSPITALITY PTY LTD) Position: Full Time Location: Bathurst NSW

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 a year Located in the tree-lined hub of Bathurst NSW, The George Hotel offers a sophisticated and contemporary pub experience that is rare to the local area. Their architecturally designed, boutique space boasts a light-filled front bar, relaxed pub dining, a cosy lounge and fireplace setting, private function areas and guest accommodation.

The George Hotel is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated All Cook roles (including Commis/Demi Chef) to join their team. Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Confidence in their cooking abilities
Creativity and high presentation standards
Ability to create dishes with consistency
Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine




Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes
Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements
Train and manage junior cooks and kitchen staff.
Achieving all safety, hygiene and food quality

To be considered for the position you must possess the following:
At least 1 year experience in a similar role
Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery
Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure workplace
Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry
Possess effective communication skills with an approachable manner
