About the role

Fork Force Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Hire coordinator to join our friendly team. This is a full time role based in Larapinta. We We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who would like to learn this exciting role. What you'll be doing
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including advising them on the most suitable equipment for their needs, quoting, and contracting.
Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of rental equipment and ensuring timely delivery and collection of material handling assets
Ability to work autonomously as well as working with a friendly team to optimise fleet utilisation
Ensuring all rental operations comply with relevant health and safety requirements
Contribute to improvements of rental processes and practices

What we're looking for
Experience in equipment hire, fleet management, material handling equipment or a similar customer service role is preferred but not essential.




Do you have experience in fleet management and the rental of material handling equipment, or are you willing to learn?
Knowledge of material handling equipment preferred but not essential - Forklifts, pallet trucks and other machinery.
Passion to excel in customer service and think outside the square to provide solutions to client needs
Desire to achieve goals and ability to multitask.
A keen eye for details and the ability to identify further rental opportunities
