We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Worker to support our My Aged Care clients in Koondoola WA.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care and can communicate effectively with clients in the community.
About the Role
This is a casual role, offering 6-8 hours a week initially with room to grow.
As a Personal Care Worker, you will deliver in-home support to elderly clients, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care including showering, grooming, and dressing
Assist with mobility and transfers
Support with meal preparation and light household duties
Provide companionship and emotional support
Follow individual care plans and report any changes in client condition
Be compassionate to clients' needs




Communicate well with Care Partners
Be computer and Phone App Savy
About You
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) – essential
Previous experience in aged care, home care, or community support
A caring, respectful, and patient approach
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Current National Police Check and relevant clearances (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid and Basic Life Support Certificate
