The Role
We're looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team.
You'll be the first point of contact for people who've already shown interest in our services, no cold calling.
Your job is to connect with them, qualify them, and book them into our sales calendar.
This is a high volume sales role and you will be doing approximately ******* calls per day.
What You'll Be Doing
Making outbound calls to warm leads who have opted in
Booking qualified appointments into the sales calendar
Responding to SMS and email enquiries promptly
Following a provided script and hitting daily/weekly KPIs




Contributing to organic content when needed (think behind-the-scenes, team moments, casual on-camera bits)
What We're Looking For
No experience required — we'll train you
We're looking for someone confident on the phone with a bubbly personality
Comfortable with technology (Mac preferred, but general computer skills are fine)
Reliable, punctual, and responsive
Self-motivated and eager to hit daily KPI's and Targets
