Property Maintenance & Logistics Manager (Full Time)
Immediate Start – Mount Nathan, Gold Coast
Latitude Designs is looking for a reliable, hands-on Property & Logistics Manager to take ownership of our residential materials warehouse, company equipment and private estate.
This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and likes keeping everything organised, maintained and running efficiently.
No two days are the same.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for managing our residential materials warehouse, receiving deliveries, operating forklifts, maintaining equipment and ensuring our 12-acre property is always presented to a high standard.
This is not a desk job.
You'll be trusted to work independently, identify what needs doing and take ownership of your responsibilities without constant supervision.
Your responsibilities will include:
Warehouse & Logistics
Receive and unload deliveries and shipping containers (Monthly)
Operate forklift
Organise warehouse racking and storage
Maintain stock control and inventory systems
Prepare materials for construction sites
Load company vehicles and trailers when required
Keep the warehouse clean, organised and efficient
Property & Estate Maintenance
Lawn mowing and property presentation
Garden and grounds maintenance
Pressure washing buildings and paths
Pool maintenance
General repairs and maintenance
Waste management and site cleanliness
Workshop & Equipment
Wash and maintain company vehicles and machinery
Basic servicing of equipment and small engines
Organise tools and workshop
Maintain trailers and equipment
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Takes pride in keeping things organised
Has excellent attention to detail
Can work unsupervised
Is physically fit and enjoys hands-on work
Has good mechanical aptitude
Is reliable, honest and trustworthy
Can plan their own day and prioritise work
Wants a long-term position with a growing company
Essential
Current driver's licence
Forklift licence (or willing to obtain immediately)
Experience operating machinery or equipment
Good communication skills
Highly Regarded
Truck licence (LR)
Experience with inventory or warehouse systems
Ride-on mower or grounds maintenance experience
Basic mechanical or maintenance skills
Construction industry experience
Crane truck experience
Forklift experience
