Wolf & Williams, a Sydney-based legal practice, is seeking a Commercial/Disputes - Legal Counsel with 4–8 PQE to join the hybrid team.
You will negotiate and manage high-value contracts across Australia and Recent Zealand and lead dispute resolution in commercial matters for a national client base.
You will advise on employment, IP, technology and data privacy, assist corporate governance, and collaborate with external counsel to ensure regulatory compliance.
A 4-day week option is available.
