Tailored Homes is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing team of luxury residential specialists. This role is ideal for a design-focused qualified who is passionate about creating exceptional custom homes, with equal emphasis on architecture, interior design, and delivering an outstanding client experience.
Requirements:
Degree-qualified Architect or Interior Designer (Architect registration highly regarded).
Extensive experience in high-end residential architecture and interior design.
Highly experienced in all aspects of luxury residential design, including:
Interior design and FF&E; selection
Space planning and design development
Material, finishes and colour selection
DA, CDC and approval documentation
Building regulations and Australian Standards
Construction methods, detailing and buildability
Contract administration and site coordination
Strong knowledge of the NSW planning system and residential building industry.
Excellent communication, presentation and client relationship skills.
Ability to manage projects from concept design through to construction completion.
