In this role, you will join a agile team dedicated to cutting-edge cancer immunology research, contributing to projects that explore immune system responses to cancer and developing new immunotherapies for preclinical testing. Reporting to the Postdoctoral Fellow in the Allergy and Cancer Immunology Laboratory, your role will involve both laboratory work and direct clinical interactions, including obtaining patient consent and collaborating with clinicians. You will perform experiments using high-parameter flow cytometry, cell culture, and molecular biology techniques, with some work involving animals.

Core Responsibilities
Conduct grant-funded research under the direction of the Postdoctoral Fellow and Group Leader
Use advanced techniques to analyse cancerous tissue and identify inflammation mechanisms
Liaise with clinicians and patients to collect and study cancer specimens
Contribute to research publication, grant applications, and scientific meetings
Maintain lab procedures, ethics compliance, and collaborative relationships

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field
Experience in cancer immunology laboratory methods, including flow cytometry and cell culture
Knowledge of immunology and cancer biology
