Momentum is looking for a Medical Administration Officer to work in our front of house/reception team.
We provide rehabilitation support to clients with injuries and disabilities and specialise in the manufacture and fitting of medical bracing, prosthetic limbs, complex Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Scheduling client appointments
Data entry and maintenance ofa client database
Managing and answering telephone and email enquiries
Supporting a team of clinical care providers




Meeting & greeting clients
Raising bills and invoices
This role is available for an immediate start, with preference for full time hours, between Monday - Friday.
We are seeking to fill 1 full time position.
This role will work predominantly at our Phillip location.
Prior experience working in an allied health or medical environment is preferred.
