The majority of work will relate to existing buildings that have been damaged by fires, tree impacts and vehicle impacts.
We are seeking a motivated and detail driven Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer who is on track to complete their degree and is passionate about building a strong technical foundation in the industry.

The role offers a broad range of training across numerous building types and structures throughout NSW and ACT, with offices in Sydney and Newcastle.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare high‐quality causation reports on building defects and damage.
Develop detailed scopes of work for a variety of structural projects.
Conduct site inspections and liaise professionally with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
Perform structural design of timber, steel and concrete structures, including associated drafting.
Maintain accurate and timely billings to support project delivery.
Ensure exceptional attention to detail across all technical and reporting tasks.
Contribute positively to team outcomes and actively engage in mentoring and professional development.
Specific Skills & Attributes
Strong technical report‐writing skills with excellent written English.
High attention to detail and strong analytical capability.
Solid understanding of structural behaviour and engineering fundamentals.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and documentation.
Developing skills in structural design across timber, steel and concrete.
Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and site inspections.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and respond positively to mentoring.
Organised, reliable and committed to producing high‐quality engineering work.

Requirements
On track to complete your Civil/Structural Engineering degree in ****.
Passion for Engineering.
Strong technical report writing skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Structural behaviour instinct.
Keen to learn and be mentored and be a part of the team.
High level of English writing and structural analytical skills will be highly regarded.
Ability to utilise AutoCAD.
