The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that support the company's growth objectives.
This role manages the day-to-day delivery of marketing activities across digital and traditional channels, ensuring brand consistency, campaign performance, and high-quality content.
The Marketing Specialist collaborates with internal teams and external partners, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve marketing performance and customer engagement.
Key Duties:
Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote the company's products and services.
Identify and implement marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns and communication channels.
Coordinate with graphic designers, printers and external suppliers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
Manage and update the company website,
social media platforms and digital content to support ongoing campaigns.
Coordinate the procurement and distribution of marketing materials for promotional activities, events and sales initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies that support business growth and customer acquisition.
Manage lead generation campaigns and optimise marketing activities to improve lead quality and conversion performance.
Develop and maintain marketing resources, documentation and internal systems to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Prepare marketing reports and analyse campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Plan and execute seasonal promotions, product launches and brand awareness campaigns.
Coordinate the design, production and distribution of flyers, brochures and other promotional materials.
Minimum Qualifications Required:Relevant bachelor's degree and 3 years of Relevant Experience
