$***** - $***** per hour + salary packaging | Clinical Nurse Educators - Mental Health | Multiple Opportunities Fixed Term Part Time until April **** | 32 hours per week Fixed Term Part Time until July **** | 20 hours per week About The Role This senior nursing role offers the opportunity to lead clinical practice, support workforce development, and influence high-quality mental health care across community teams.
You will use advanced clinical expertise to guide staff, improve service delivery, and embed recovery-oriented, person-centred care.
Based in Ballarat, this role includes collaboration across teams and occasional regional travel while contributing to education, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The classification is Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4 (NP75 – NP77) which ranges from $***** - $***** per hour.
